{"id":5756,"date":"2026-09-25T10:13:25","date_gmt":"2026-09-25T02:13:25","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/sayangsabah.com.my\/home\/?p=5756"},"modified":"2026-09-25T10:13:25","modified_gmt":"2026-09-25T02:13:25","slug":"hina-mahkamah-albert-tei-dan-bekas-ceo-smm-didenda-rm100000","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/sayangsabah.com.my\/home\/2026\/09\/25\/hina-mahkamah-albert-tei-dan-bekas-ceo-smm-didenda-rm100000\/","title":{"rendered":"Hina mahkamah, Albert Tei dan bekas CEO SMM didenda RM100,000"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">KOTA KINABALU: Ahli perniagaan, Albert Tei dan bekas Ketua Pegawai Eksekutif (CEO) Sabah Mineral Management Sdn Bhd (SMM), Jontih Enggihon masing-masing didenda RM100,000 oleh Mahkamah Tinggi Kota Kinabalu kerana menghina mahkamah.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Memetik laporan Free Malaysia Today (FMT), Pesuruhjaya Kehakiman Ratanah Devi Yusof Perumal mendapati kedua-duanya dengan sengaja melanggar syarat jelas yang terkandung dalam perintah ex parte dan perintah ad interim yang dikeluarkan mahkamah.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cWalaupun syarat dalam perintah ex parte dan ad interim itu jelas, saya mendapati terdapat pelanggaran nyata terhadap kedua-dua perintah mahkamah berkenaan,\u201d katanya dalam penghakiman bertarikh 18 September lalu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mahkamah turut memerintahkan Tei dan Jontih membayar denda berkenaan dalam tempoh 14 hari daripada tarikh penghakiman.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kegagalan berbuat demikian menyebabkan kedua-duanya berdepan hukuman penjara selama 21 hari.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">SMM diwakili peguam, Roger Chin, manakala Jontih dan Tei masing-masing diwakili Jul Hamri Jumhani serta Chong Kian Ming.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">SMM sebelum ini menyaman Jontih dan Tei pada Januari 2025 atas dakwaan penipuan, pelanggaran kewajipan fidusiari, manipulasi dokumen rasmi serta konspirasi untuk memudaratkan syarikat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dalam perkembangan berkaitan, Tei juga sedang dibicarakan atas beberapa pertuduhan rasuah yang membabitkan dua bekas Ahli Dewan Undangan Negeri (ADUN) serta seorang bekas setiausaha politik kanan kepada perdana menteri.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pada Ogos tahun lalu, Tei pula menyaman SMM selepas mendakwa syarikat berkenaan mengaitkannya secara palsu dengan konspirasi untuk menjejaskan reputasi syarikat dan CEO semasanya, selain dakwaan manipulasi dokumen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bagaimanapun, pada 28 Ogos lalu, Mahkamah Sesyen Kota Kinabalu menolak saman fitnah yang difailkan Tei selepas memutuskan ahli perniagaan itu gagal membuktikan unsur fitnah dalam tuntutannya.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>KOTA KINABALU: Ahli perniagaan, Albert Tei dan bekas Ketua Pegawai Eksekutif (CEO) Sabah Mineral Management Sdn Bhd (SMM), Jontih Enggihon masing-masing didenda RM100,000 oleh Mahkamah Tinggi Kota Kinabalu kerana menghina mahkamah.
